SAILING AND DINNER CHARTER CANCELLATION POLICY
A full
refund, less a $20.00 processing fee, will be given for any
cancellations 72 hours prior to departure time.
A 50% refund
with cancellation 71 to 48 hours prior to departure time.
No refund for
cancellation 47 hours prior to departure time.
If the
Captain determines that weather conditions are not favorable
at time of scheduled departure; the departure time can be
delayed, charter rescheduled, or a full refund provided,
with the exception of the food orders.
No refund on
food orders if charter is cancelled due to adverse weather
conditions at time of charter, however dinners or platters
can be eaten onboard the boat.
Dinner or Charter Platter orders require a 24-hour
cancellation notice.
